How it works: Once we receive your order you will receive a confirmation email requesting the product number of your pre-designed monogram choice, your personal information and color choice for the monogram. You may request up to 2 revisions in either color or size. Once you are satisfied you will receive a png. file and jpeg.file (if you need a different file format, just ask!) containing your monogram with in 48 hours.
